Deeksha took on the role of Executive Director in 2009, overseeing various disciplines including Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales, and Business Process Improvement. She is instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives that have enhanced the operational efficiency and service quality of the group’s properties. Additionally, she heads the Internal Audit functions across the group’s 14 operational properties.
She brings fresh perspective and energy to the core management team and is actively involved in strategic sales plans and the execution of policies aimed at operational excellence.
